Cons – Divisions do not carry "larger company" mentality and tend to be "good old boys" network.
Poor vacation time offerings
Limited healthcare insurance options
Sites run largely independently and seem "less than corporate" sometimes

Advice to Senior Management – Watch what is going on at sites within the divisions, have high-potential "summits" once a year to bring together young talent to build interest in the larger company as a whole.
