I worked at Emerson Process Management

    Pros

Great company, very smart people, doing some very interesting things in the CRM and SCM areas

    Cons

Deadlines are almost always unmeetable, management is rash with decision making, 50-60 hours a work week doesn't make the low pay worth it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The cheerleading is obnoxious, be more realistic about project and program management.
