Growth opportunities within certain departments

Cons

Lean humman resources, thus positions are have a more work load than a reasonably balanced one.
Some departments do have a lack of talented work force, or a workforce with a bright background/history

    Respectful management, balanced work life, Big company so there are opportunities to move around.

    Cons

    Not a top company in terms of pay, it is average but on the other hand they have a balance work load.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You do a great job in treating employees with respect. See if misc spending can be cut so employees can have slightly higher salaries.

    I worked at Emerson Process Management

    Pros

    Good work/life balance. I was just a summer intern, but the employees as well as managers I worked with treated me with respect. Great location.

    Cons

    Tasks got a little repetitive, as I was just there for the summer.
