Good salary, large corporation with many opportunities

Cons

All the locations are pretty crappy...if you want to live in Sidney, OH go for it.

Advice to Management

Hire more female leaders.

    open communication, and freedom at team level to select thee execution model.

    Cons

    Don't find much. salary is definitely not best, but not bad either.

    Pros

    It has the best managers.
    Open door policy with upper management.
    Over time work is well paid.
    Easy to apply vacation and sick leaves.
    Work and life are balanced.

    Cons

    Some unnecessary HR trainings takes too much time for new hires and even need to apply OB leave to do so.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work on managing people.
