I have been working at Emerson full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good working schedule, medical insurance, good working environment, meal tickets

    Cons

Low salaries, continuous feeling that we are the "cheap" ones. No team buildings, no sports benefits, very few possibilities for career growth

Comfortable place to work, numbing if you want challenges

Current Employee - Network Administrator in Cluj-Napoca (Romania)

I have been working at Emerson full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They invest a lot of money in employees, especially in IT. As stressful as you want it to be.

    Cons

After 6 months no more challenges. No matter how wrong it is, if it can be swept under the rug we'll sweep it.

Nice place to be of you're looking for a numbing yet comfortable experience. If you're working in Romania, get used to be discriminated and be considered a sidekick.
