Pros

Pay is a bit better than average but the longer hours and almost non-existent benefits offset this positive.

Cons

Old fashioned company - the corporate culture revolves around working long hours, sacrificing family time, little employee compensation in terms of benefits, and very hierarchial.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Address issues in a timely manner. Address them head on and don't sweep anything under the rug. Make a clearly defined decision and stick with it. Do not backpedal, stall or make half-hearted attempts to implement change when it's clearly not thought out in overall plans.

Take time to assess your employees properly. See what their skill sets are, see what their work experiences have been - trust that they can do the work without your micromanagement, or condescension.

Work on communication to your employees on all channels.

Give employees the resources they need to complete their tasks properly. This includes better technology (or holding the Tech Support team responsbile for providing such systems in a timely manner), better work environment (considerations such as office space, gym, chairs, etc).

Not worth investing time in this company until they make some big changes.

    Pros

The working environment with regular employees is pretty good. The stress levels are low until upper management is around.
    Pay was ok.

    Cons

Upper management gives off a very negative vibe/instantly makes you feel like you need to watch where you step.
No job security/can be let go if upper management doesn't like you.
Very numbers driven. If you aren’t putting up the required stats if you are an admissions rep, you are gone. It does not matter what the quality of the leads they are getting at any given time is. A lead is a lead, as they say.
They are more concerned about making money than offering quality, up to date programs to students.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be so cutthroat with employees. Work to create a positive working environment for employees. Not one where they feel like they could be fired at any time. Your constant turnover should show you that people aren’t happy working there.
Keep your programs up to date, and have more respect for the students that keep your whole business running! Invest in your facilities, teachers, and programs. Don't just try to get by with the minimum.

    I worked at Eminata Group

    Pros

    Excitement with ever growing portfolio

    Cons

There was no job description, or method to measure successes or failures. Management constantly changed direction. There was no direction from immediate manager, and an expectation that the company systems and procedures would be known and understood... even though they were never explained. Nothing was in writing. I felt stressed the entire time there, less than 6 months.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take time to write down the procedures so that new employees can learn what is expected. Understand that it takes time to lean new procedures,
