I have been working at Emmis Communications part-time for more than 8 years

Pros: Perks of getting to attend free concerts on occasion, usually a local business will bring… Cons: The company as a whole has been on a decline since I started there. Pay cuts to keep the company afloat, an extremely unsafe area… Advice to Senior Management: Treat your employees better.
