Great Place to work

ProsVery supportinve environment. I greatly enjoyed my time at Emory University. Benefits are fantastic and it is great to support such a great organization

ConsPay is extremely low in Human Resources. Officer level Management is not always supportive of new initiatives or going the extra mile.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake sure you have the right management team in place. Work on developmental opportunities for staff to grow/be promoted. Keep up the good work!.

    Ok, but could be better

    Pros: Faculty and staff assistance resourcs, emory mentor program, toastmasters, other… Cons: Political BS, favoritism, poor leadership/management from local manager, lack of communications within department, job security… Advice to Senior Management: All managers in the department should be required to attend… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
