I have been working at Emory University

Pros

good benefits, mostly good people to work with

Cons

health care costs for a medical university are outstandingly high

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Business Officers don't have a clue what is going on in their department, start working with the people who do the real work instead. Administration would do good to learn change management.
