Pros

Great benefits for all staff. 403(b) plan matches 9% for 2% employee contribution. Great location in suburban Atlanta. Great place to work.

Cons

Difficult to find negatives, although traffic can be tough at peak commuting times. There are limited roads into and out of the area so there can be a bottleneck effect.

Advice to Senior Management

Improve transportation into and out of the university area. This is the major complaint of most employees that I know.
