ProsExcellent Benefits Flexible Schedule Lax work environment, great chance for promotion and advancement, great environement friendly people and staff, chilren go to emory for free if you work there

ConsCommute, congestion, lunch, based on taxpayer money so grants do run out of money every few years, it is hard to keep steady employment for many years
