“No room for growth, your opinion is never heard”
Current Employee – been working at Empire Merchants
Pros – Great products to sell
Has a department just for lead accounts which helps with new accounts
Can make your own schedule for the most part
Cons – Management is terrible
District managers and Directors claim to listen but just blow you off
Too many delivery problems
Too many credit issues with accounts and the company workers themselves
Advice to Senior Management – Start listening more to the reps rather then telling them NO each and every time
Stop treating employees like 1st graders with meetings just to make sure we are around
