Emulex – “It's a good company, good place to work and learn”

Pros

Interesting high-tech company, in a nice healthy market with not so much competition...but that is changing with a few new entrants in the market.

Cons

there is literally a RIF scare every week...and Management believe that is helthy for the business ...(?)

Advice to Senior Management

maybe when you are cutting jobs and people's pay you shoud cut your bonuses too...which is in the million$$...
