I worked at Endicott Interconnect
Pros – Fairly friendly work environment. Many employees are hard working and knowledgeable trying to commit to improving the company even though it is not doing so well.
Cons – Too much instability constant layoffs every quarter. Production is way down and there doesn't seem to be enough work going around.
Advice to Senior Management – Try and get more advice from employees on the floor to create an effective work environment. Too many people get laid off.
