Pros

very good pay for the type of work you do and oyu can intern within. holidays and 401K provided. TNot alot of layoffs

Cons

giving blood every 6 months for lead levels, and for me personally the drive

    Poor upper management , too concerned with money, not enough about employees or customers

    Pros

    Great pay, decent benefits, good coworkers

    Cons

    Way to much overtime. 50+ weekly, New hires have to work 2nd shift. If you have a family you will only see your kids on weekends during the school year. Receive points for missing a day of work.

    Advice to Management

    Attendence policy needs revised. I understand there needs to be a policy on this but to give points when an employee is sick or his child has to be taken to the emergency room is not right. Giving you have to wait 12 months for that point to come off your record.
