I have been working at Enercon Services full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It's a good company with a good reptuation. They really try to keep their employees on and do not lay off frequently at all.

    Cons

They don't provide training. It's not a good place to start a career. There is also lot's of travel and short term traveling can be more draining than long term.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't hire candidates that are untrained if you don't have resources to train them!

I have been working at Enercon Services full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

one can create a great network with clients which are successful nuclear plants through long term site assignments .

    Cons

We keep losing great employees on a regular basis and the only action managers take is sit around a conference table to try to address employee attrition and to develop strategies for employee retention. We don't feel valued within our team, we're never provided with timely feedback, and the manager and his appointed supervisors attempt to impose accountability by using fear as a lever.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    be honest with employees

    Doesn't Recommend

    No opinion of CEO
