Pros – Everyone is very respectful of each each other.
Level of professionalism is high, as is the level of cooperation.
People there like each other.
Cons – Managbement can be set in its ways and is stubborn about changing.
Recent changes in the category have lead to restructuring that has outplaced some excellent employees.
Company has a policy of not allowing outplaced employees to return regardless of their performance while at Energizer.
Comapny is overly secretive.
Advice to Senior Management – Rescind ban on bringing back former employees, especially those who were good workers and outplaced through no fault of thier own.
