I worked at Engineered Air full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Stable Job, clean bathrooms, ok people.

    Cons

Antiquated assembly, no organization, lazy foremen, 0 room for advancement, limited training

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

1.Get everyone certified on the equipment would save hours and hours of labor delays.

    2. Create a way to advance in the company so you can actually motivate your employees (when an employee passes up $200 to redesign your louver because "its not worth it" you have a big problem)

    3. Fire Lazy employees regardless of seniority (i dont care if a guy works there 15 years if he wont pick up a broom because its someone else's job that day hes gone)

    4. Streamline your assembly, there's so much inefficiency.

    5. Basically your employees know they'll never make more than $15 an hour and you get the labour quotas, production and quality that you pay for.

    6. Employees that speak English would help
