An educating experience

Native English Teacher (Current Employee)

I have been working at English Program in Korea full-time

ProsTakes very good care of you. Pays for room and board. You only work a 9-5; 5 days a week. Excellent vacation time. At the end of your contract you'll receive severance and pension.

ConsCo-teachers at each school will vary. What is taught at orientation isn't always how Korean co-teachers will utilize you in the school.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave co-teacher and native teacher seminars in which they learn how to teach together.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
