Solid company , impossible to be fired, . Italian.

low salary always undrestaffed, poor bonuses

    I have been working at Eni full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    - very stable, you can plan a longlife mortgage
    - It Doesn't require every day to be ON
    - Eni E&P is the best place to be in,

    Cons

    - Bad relations with HR
    - almost zero opportunity to make a career
    - very "slow", I haven't been reviewed my salary in two years

    Take care and nurture young talents.

    A very good school for starting on the Energy Markets

    Cons

    Zero meritocracy
    Extremely dirty politics for employees: they didn't pay me six months of on-call duties.
