    Pros

The Oil & Gas sector is interesting because of the high level of tecnology that sector uses.

    Cons

Actualy I don't have valid reason. May be the downsides those tied to long shift

I have been working at Eni full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Eni International Resources Ltd, London (Eirl):

    - Great team to work with overall, young, friendly and supportive despite a challenging economic backdrop and complex company structure
    - The team has made significant changes for the better over the past 12 months under new leadership and is heading in the right direction, albeit gradually
    - If you perform well, you are recognised for it and rewarded with training and development opportunities

    Cons

    - Change is slow to happen and the company can be quite process driven and political, so getting things done can be frustrating at times
    - Misconception that only Italians can progress, but if you are non-Italian and you make the effort to learn the language, you can also progress

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be afraid to address the concerns of employees and take steps to make positive changes.
