I have been working at Entegee

Pros

There is good opportunity to make decent money.

Cons

The office is set up for some people to succeed and for others fail.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing that I would recommend at my level. I think that the upper management is excellent. Its the middle management that needs help.

    Pros

The recruiting process was very efficient and placement was made within two weeks. Working with the company contact has been easy. Paychecks are reliable.

    Cons

No presence of ENTEGEE on site. Work is directed by local managers, and feedback provided directly from them. Benefits are weak.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve your medical benefits package. Assist in travel expenses for arriving at assignments. Keep your contractors informed of changes as companies merge administration functions.

I have been working at Entegee

    Pros

As a design engineering firm, there are lots of opportunities to work on a variety of different projects in a variety of industries, from product design to machine design.

    Cons

As a smaller organization, the corporate ladder only has three levels so there aren't many chances for career advancement beyond current duties.
