I have been working at Entegris

    Pros

Most co workers are trying to make a difference. Most co workers are trying to help each other. Some managers are trying to steer the behemoth in the right direction.

    Cons

For the readers to vote on.......

Board holds management feet to fire, or it is a Good Old boy's network?
    Management is Tactical or Strategic?
Mini BUs / Silos have created efficiencies or created inefficiencies and loss of cohesion?
In an election, would you vote to keep majority of directors, VPs, GM, C level executives, or oust them?
If you were a hiring manager, would you hire majority of the management on your team?
Is the company a collection of mini BU's doing their own thing or is ita genuinely 1 Billion dollar company?
Are beenies like stock awards being confined at too hogh a level, do all desserving people get them?
