    I have been working at Enterprise Holdings full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    - Friendly people (but I'm sure this depends on where you work)
    - Driving cool cars around
    - Renting for cheap
    - Good potential for moving up with a few years time
    - Builds a strong work ethic

    Cons

    - Long hours for sure (expect at least around 50)
    - Sweaty days (especially in the summer)
    - Always apologizing to customers for stuff that's not in your control
    - Feeling pressure to sell to get noticed

    Recognize the value of people who may not be able to sell, but give great customer service

    Great job if you are looking to gain experience and build your resume. If you can make it to a management role then you will really learn how to effectively run a business.

    Cons

    Very long hours and the pay is not great starting off.

    Need to make sure that their locations are properly staffed for the type of business they want to run.
