Pros – The diversity of tasks which you will learn is very priceless for experience.
Cons – Pay is not fair for the amount work you will do specifically due to the hours. Min 48/week
Advice to Senior Management – Offer a more fair pay scale and offer more incentive to move to management. 60+/Hours=$45,000 for managers?
