“Great place to launch...but not to stay”
I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great training program for outside sales or insurance career. Take that liberal arts degree and get a job with it that will at least pay your rent
Cons – LONG hours once you become a manager. Pay not worth the work load. They sell you on an outside sales job but there really aren't any outside sales or marketting opportunities until you at least get to the assistant manager level. Most of an MT's day will be spent at the counter renting cars to the general public.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
