I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

If you're young, you'll meet a lot of people just like you

You get to learn how to keep your patience with the more "interesting" people in the gene pool.

    Cons

Work from 6:30am till 6:30pm. Your old friends will no longer wait around for you. Besides, you'll be too exhausted to do anything with them anyways... But thats ok because you'll make a whole new set of friends at ERAC.

You better sell sell sell if your life (job) depended on it. Because it does. Granted they don't care how you sell as long as you get the job done.

    Your wardrobe will get trashed.

Theyll keep your hours down when you're an hourly employee which sounds great but by the time you make it to a manager position you'll figure out that they do so by making the managers put in about 80 hrs/wk since they're on salary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop drinking the kool-aid and stop feeding it. Seriously, it's not too many companies in the US that have their own hate site created for them. Saw how you fired lower level managers that were making too much money - you cut costs by taking away the old perks for your lower level employees after complaining about the economy and meanwhile bought more and more companies to expand yourselves and line your big guys pockets. Way to hire fresh out of college employees so you can brainwash them to think that this is what the real world is like. It's not, there's a better life out there.
