    Pros

I love the people that I work with and the projects that I'm assigned. I think the company has some good values that really help it succeed in the marketplace.

    Cons

Even within IT, there are few young employees, most of the people I work with are 10+ years my senior. Pay isn't top dollar either, but it gets better when you move off of the bottom rung.

I have been working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

fantastic work place, with great people. You learn so much about the business as well as several different management styles. Puts you in great eyes of future employers when they see your enterprise work experience

    Cons

Long hours, low pay. Requires two tests to put yourself in position to be promoted, as well as putting your time in with various offices. Some employees are satisfied staying at Management Trainee, and therefore do not have a competitive attitude

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let those who are trying to study for the grill get to an office that allows them to do so without spending more than 60 hours at work, or studying for work per week
