“A competitive and challenging workplace, but little recognition and appreciation, long hours and underpaid!!!”
Former Employee – worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time for less than a year
Pros – Opportunity to grow your career, allows one to start at the bottom and depending on performance you will work your way to the top.
Cons – Does not pay well, requires 10-12 hours per day, most days you do not get a break because of staffing issue. Many branches will try to save money by having the Management trainee's clean cars. Lack of integrity and honesty from both branch managers and staff, and because it is a highly competitive role, managers will let things slide and have a blind eye towards certain people.
Advice to Senior Management – Plan better for your day, give all staff at the branch a equal opportunity to excel and promote your staff when the time comes.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
