    I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    - learn basics of business and sales
    - lots of fun co-workers
    - good deals on rentals

    Cons

    - super long hours
    - crappy pay
    - politics
    - exhaustion
    - boys club mentality

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you expect your MTs to work long hours, lead by example and do the same yourself! After I quit I saw lots of playing hooky by Area Managers and Level 3s.....
