I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Great people, great benefits, promotes within, great training, competitive, recognition for your hard work. The company as a whole is amazing. I just didn't see it as a career for myself in the long run. I had an hourly rate and had the opportunity to get bonuses. I had corporate lunches nearly every week, which it great. Fast paced and really cool.

    Cons

Long hours, not enough pay, understaffed, gossip, constantly dealing with crabby customers. I couldn't really enjoy my summer because of the hours. I didn't realize until mid-way through the internship that I had to be selling at a certain level to be successful. The area I had to work was difficult to deal with a times.

I have been working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time

    Pros

I believe in their structure for promotion from within. The first year is essentially a trial to see if you can make it. If you are good at sales, you'll love this job.

    Cons

Long hours make it difficult to balance work/life. It doesn't seem like management listens to criticism from employees to better the company.
