I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great training program, good name recognition. If you are able to stick it out and get promoted you become very desirable to potential employers.

    Cons

Long hours (70+hour weeks for managment), little support from upper managment, can be very highstress during peek periods, poor work/life balance and even worse compensation.

I have been working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Teaches you a lot about business, especially if you didn't major in business, but want a career in management, marketing, sales or customer service. You have hands on and classroom setting training that will teach you everything you need to know to run your own business or be very successful running somebody else's. Also the benefits are fantastic.

    Cons

The work/life balance is brutal, especially if you get asked/forced to go to an airport. Be ready to work 55 hours a week and they do not care about your commute. Make sure you have comfortable shoes because if you are not a home city location, you are on your feet ALL DAY LONG.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Either pay MT/MA's 6-8K more a year or only make them work 40 hour weeks.
