“Management Trainee not looking to be anything more”
I have been working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time for less than a year
Pros – Awesome company, great benefits, I really like everyone I've met including the President of Arizona, good pay, stable work
Cons – You're shuffled around where you're needed. You could go to one location one day and a different the next. Depending on who you are, this may not be a con for you. You only earn 36k based on the overtime achieved. Alot of hustle
Advice to Senior Management – Share more in-depth during the interview process of the potential of being bumped around to various offices. I'm looking to leave based on this alone.
