Pros

the people that ou work with in the branch are usually really great people and will become close knit.

Cons

hours are long
expected to work and not clock in
no real communication from upper management about moves, promotions etc
expected to let customers walk all over you (even when they are very wrong)
some upper management lack leadership skills and are really just real dicks and you wonder how they got there. (a handful of management is down to earth)
pay is really bad when you start. it gets a bit better, but even when you are successful in your store you wont be making any substantial amount of money until you become an area manager.
