It is like a Master's degree.

Cons

It can be tough if you are not in a location that sees a lot of action. The days can stretch on if you aren't very busy. But on the positive side of that you can have good people to work with who will make the time go by faster.

Advice to Senior Management

Structure more bonuses. Maybe give more time off for the first year.
