great place to start and get experience. its great to have on your resume. great team work environment and USUALLY a fun place.

Cons

you're always being moved around to different branches. there are great managers but also terrible managers who makes you wonder about the promotional process. lots of stress due to lack of employees, long hours, and low pay.

simply be a leader. focus on your employees as you say you do in your company values. more professionalism needed
