Enterprise Rent-A-Car – “Good for learning the basics of business”

Pros

You will learn a ton about business, marketing, sales, logistics and management! Overall the job is fun. You get to work with people in their 20s and 30s who work the same crazy hours and for the most part like having fun. Job assessment is pretty good and management is good about being clear regarding what you need to change/improve etc. Benefits are great

Cons

Pay sucks. Good benefits help offset it a little but it still sucks. Can take awhile to move up so you'll be poor for awhile. Hours are really long which can make job searching interesting

Advice to Senior Management

Spend some money on your employees. $32K/year is not a liveable wage if you have to spend 50+ hours a week in a suit.
