Enterprise Rent-A-Car – “Lots of hours, good learning opportunities, not worth it”

Pros

Great way to learn logistics - get resources to different places at different times.

Great team-oriented young environment, for the most part.

You learn a lot when you're responsible for running an office if you have a clown for a manager.

Cons

Bad pay - 35k a year in the bay area is below the poverty line for a single male.
50+ hours/ week - pretty rough.
The experience is entirely based on who your manager is. If you have a solid manager who runs the business smoothly, has time to devote to his/her employees to concentrate on their growth and creates a fun environment it is tolerable and you can learn quite a bit. If you have a below-par manager, the training program is brutal. 7-6:30 every day for low pay and no no freedom.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay your folks more and be honest about the status of promotion opportunities.
