Learn a lot of information but you definately have to like "personal selling" in order to really enjoy the job. If you don't like to sell car insurance, don't work here.

Cons

Have to wash cars all the time and deal with angry customers that were just in an accident most of the time.

I think they should reinvent the buildings and entire design and employee clothing to be more updated. People giving you a car look stupid wearing suits when your renting a chevy aveo...
