Great team building environment. Stressful but each employee was given the tools neede and empowered to contol thier own destiny.

Cons

Long hours, little pay, they dangled the "golden carrot" of promotion to keep people interested in the potential and possible future.

Advice to Senior Management

Make yourself more available, be more compassionate and just try to remember what it was like to run a branch, and how much you needed assistance but didn't get it, how it made you feel.
