    Pros

fun people to work with, you learn a lot on the job, many locations to work at.

    Cons

VERY long hours, typical customer service job, have to wash cars & pick up strangers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Shorten hours to be a regular 40 hour work week so you don't faze out employees so quickly.

I have been working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The company teaches you a lot in regards to how to run your own operation. they set you up with the skills necessary to succeed if you choose that route. also they have a few other routes you can choose to take if you'd like with the company. If you truly commit and work hard it can pay off in the end if you make it up the corporate ladder.

    Cons

Huge downside: work life balance is just not there. The work life balance/integration aspect is simply not there. The monetary compensation to the amount of work you do on a daily basis and the amount of time you spend at the job just don't add up. If the pay was better employees would be a bit happier to work 49+ hours a week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look into the compensation for the employees. There should be other way to compensate and show appreciation towards your employees.
