Pros

*Hire recent college grads
*Outstanding training program
*Good foundation for business basics, with exposure to all areas of business (accounting, management, marketing, sales, etc.)
*The experience looks good on a resume

Cons

*Hours are very very long
*Pay is very very low
*Advancing in the company is NOT available
*Sales is the only criteria for promotion in a management job
*Upper management spends little to no time listening to employees
*Washing cars in business dress
*Retail hours are unflexible for personal life (doctor's appointments, etc.)
*Generally unpleasent job description (mostly unhappy customers, washing cars, pushing insurance, running out of cars)
*Money is number one

Advice to Senior Management

The leadership has lost sight of what they call their "founding values". Employee retention is no longer important. They encourage the managers to consistantly get the immediate return, there is no thought of long term profitability or growth. All attention is placed upon the here and now.
