    Advice to ManagementAdvice

managers need to be able to connect with their employees. I had 4 different managers while working here and every interaction i had with a manager was forced and fake. Need to have more manager experience before promoting to a higher level than Assistant Manager.

    Pros

You learn a lot in a short period of time. If you can sell and have drive, you will go far and you can do it relatively quickly because promotions are based on performance, not seniority. I think it is one of the few companies where management is actively engaged in employees getting promoted and moving up the ladder. They usually hire recent college graduates, which means you will work with people your age (early to late twenties) and can make for a fun atmosphere. Also, for a first job out of college it looks really good on your resume if/when you decide to leave. Finally, they have good benefits : dental, medical, vision, 401k

    Cons

The hours. Monday through Friday you belong to enterprise. I was working about 55 hours a week at my last branch. Between the hours and dealing with the demands of the business (that includes dealing with customers), it can be taxing for some people. They don't pay well in the beginning and you have to work your butt off, but within 8 months you should be on the up and up.
