You're renting vehicles, that's it. They try and make it rocket science though. They need to just be what they are.

I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time

Pros

Enterprise is a fine company to work for if you are just starting out, not if you're in the middle of your career.

Cons

If you start making too much money and management changes, you become expendable and you know that there are 20 other people to take your place. The Green Machine will just keep on rolling.

I have been working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car

    Pros

Cool employees, great benefits, extensive customer service and sales experience, solid training, opportunities for advancement and solid pay if you can get to a "seasoned branch manager" or area manager level.

    Cons

"too corporate", long hours, dealing with the general public (a lot of rude customers), pay is not good. It takes about 3 years of really hard work and networking to get your salary to $50,000. You will start at $34,000 and work 55 hour weeks. Also be prepared to wash cars in business professional attire.
