You drive NICE cars. I drove a 2014 mustang convertible last time at work.

I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great Customer service and sales training
    Fun People outgoing, very social
Teaches you to be a working adult - and every other company will feel like a breeze after!

    Cons

The hours are terrible - esp working in Boston/Airport ..be ready for 12-14hr hour days and as a manager - no lunch breaks, every weekend, way after and before operating hours too. Sick days and vacation don't exist. They really take advantage of hard - working "wet behind the ears" college grads and dangle promotions to get you to think you want to be working there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees and respect their career goals. If you want to keep good people you should develop and RESPECT the people that stick around.
