I have been working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Great training program, takes good care of employees, competitive, like-minded people, you learn a lot about business in general, and how to run your own business

Cons

48-55 hours per week, Monday mornings are insane, so are Friday night's, and I'm small markets it takes a while to move up through the ranks

I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    There were a few pros:

The work is extremely easy, and training does not take long at all. You meet some interesting customers and gain some valuable sales experience (selling products which almost no customers actually want)

    Cons

The list of Cons could not possibly fit in this space, but here are the highlights:

    - Salaries are awful given the hours and employees often end up working longer than their anticipated shift time with little to no reward.

    - Many reviews on this site praise the opportunity for quick advancement, however, the advancements and promotions will just barely bring you to the salary which the market would dictate you deserve.

    - There is what seems to be a great bonus program for employees, however, bonus' are often paid out months later than they are supposed to be, one co-worker told me that after six months of chasing for his bonus, he gave up and began looking for alternative employment opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up, as the job market improves, less and less skilled college graduates will be willing to work in these roles and your talent pool will greatly decrease if you do not begin treating employees in a professional manner.

    Doesn't Recommend
