Pros

You really learn a lot through the training program. You learn how to multitask, especially when you have a lobby full of people, trying to train the new guy next to you, and the phone constantly ringing. The best part is all the people you will work with. They will become your best friends.

Cons

The hours are no joke. You will never work under 49 hours a week. The customers also are very draining, especially the rude ones. You will also ruin a lot of your business attire due to the car washing.

Advice to Management

The best salesmen are not always the best managers.

    Pros

Good business-training, learned a lot about running your own business, most of my colleagues were very friendly and willing to help during the sales.

    Cons

-Mediocre pay, very long hours (7:00 am-6:30 pm -Little or no work-life balance -You reach a ceiling once you become a manager -Very few or no opportunities after the branch manager's position -You make money for the company but your receive no paid commission at the branch level --Airport's sales commission is a joke in comparison to what you bring in for the company -You wash cars with a four-year degree (company is cheap; it wants to cut costs by not hiring "car preps") -If you don't make them a lot of money for them, you are stuck at that position; you better start looking for something else

    Advice to Management

Stop waiving that carrot. It is funny to hear the level 3s talking about how much they make. What company executives talk to entry-level employee about potential income if it is not to brain-wash the employee from leaving once they realize that the promises made by the company during the interview where smoke-screens?
