I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good trainer, supportive classmates, decent medical benefits.

    Cons

Roadside assistance position had horrible shifts to choose from; you'd be working every Saturday and Sunday, with hours akin to 3 to 1130 pm, with say, Wednesday and Friday off. The company expects you to navigate between 10 and 12 different systems throughout the day-nothing is integrated, and each branch of the company uses different DOS based systems for log in and vehicle availability. The amount of documentation that is expected for each call is silly and redundant, and the turnover rate is high. In my training class alone, 4 people dropped out by the fifth week, out of 18 original classmates. Oh, and the company discourages ever using the "hold" button on the phone, even though the calls will typically be 10 minutes or longer.....

    Advice to Management

Pay a higher hourly wage-$12 an hour is not enough for the requirements of this position. When posting this job online, be specific about the AS400 systems and the number of systems the employee is expected to learn.

I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Management was nice and I learned a lot while I was there

    Cons

Low pay, long hours, no life outside of work, dealing with angry customers CONSTANTLY, short staffed, overworked, very high employee turn over rate and management didn't really care about their employees

    Advice to Management

Fix everything that I listed in the Cons
