You will grow quickly to learn how to be a manager because of the seemingly impossible workload that is dumped on you.
You will learn how to improve your time management skills because of under staffing being the norm.
Your customer service skills will be improved because the business model will constantly have customers angry at the situation they are in.
You will learn how to communicate better in order to charge the customer more than they should or have the in an unsafe vehicle.
You will learn how to talk to employees under you so that every conversation is routed to it being their fault.

Advice to Senior Management

Promoting based on sales primarily? I find that interesting seeing that I've been a part of one of the top income branches on a regular basis with a steady roll of high esqi scores,,,,,,,alas I'm still not fit to be a manager.
