I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Awesome comradery--almost cult like though. Has gotten me interviews & hired at high paying companies and hard to get into industries. Learn how to run and operate your own biz, like getting a hands on MBA. Decent benefits.

    Cons

80 hour work weeks, little pay. Wear suit and vacuum cars. Customers are the worst...expect way too much and treat you with no respect. Take advantage of the system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You pay managers like they own the branch, so if an account owes $60k and is bleeding branch profits, let the manager make the decision to drop that account..back your employee up, or compensate them for the loss you're forcing them to take.
