Pros

If you are ready to not really have a social life then its a great place to work.
Drive different vehicle and get to know your area/community.

Cons

Sales #'s to meet, but you won't get fired for not meeting them.
arrive at 7am leave sometimes as late as 7pm. difficult to have a life and work here, unless you make this work your life.

Advice to Management

Ease up on hours.

    Pros

-Teaches you the value, and HOW to deliver excellent Customer Service
-Requires you to work hard to do well...you cannot be lazy and do well
-On the job sales training (inside and outside)
-You WILL learn the ins and outs of running a business (specifically having P&L responsibility at a very young tenure. So, if you are looking to open your own business one day, or are a college kid who wants an entry-level sales management training program...you will learn the most, the fastest year. You WILL work your tail off...
-Hard workers, who perform, will get promoted quickly--through to Branch Manager

    Cons

-Upper level mgmt positions are being cut by the day, eliminating opportunities.
-This cutting of upper mgmt positions is started to have a negative trickle downwards, and is hurting morale
-Work-Life Balance is difficult. Though, vacation time is great...so there can be a balance. Problem is...you feel bad taking off, and it's difficult to not take your work home with you.

    Advice to Management

They know what the issues are and what needs to be done. Only suggestion is get more in touch with the field. Spend time observing and auditing...and making real changes that will benefit the people. Also---UPDATE TECHNOLOGY with the rest of the world. Trying to do more with less...with terrible technology...
